Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can. All you need to do is to call or email our customer support at least 4 hours earlier – we will do the rest for you. However, if you have booked your tour through any third-party channel, please contact them directly to cancel or rebook your tour.
When can I see my refund?
Please allow 5 working days to see the refunded amount in your account.
